What do you miss the most

Thinking about how long I've been in this group. I figured I'd start a discussion since the last yearvreally slowed life down. What do you remember/ miss about the busier days of Rrc amd normal life?

I miss stopping at Vinces and see his tank with all the crazy birds.

I miss meets. And leaving with a cooler full of frags for less than what my gas from up north round trip set me back.

I miss having a giant tank that produced cheap frags for all like it was nothing. Bc it gave me something to always do. Lol

I miss having a tank and want at least a small tank again soon.

I miss the meets at Vince's house or Pearson's house. A lot more trading of corals, lower industry prices, more local stores to choose from around Richmond.

I miss the group having access to cheap designer clownfish at meetups.

I miss people using this site as much. It used to be so much more active on here when everyone left reefcentral to come post here. It was fun seeing other people's tanks and an active local marketplace for used tanks. Now it can be a ghost town at times.

I echo many of the sentiments previously expressed.

I miss not having a tank and miss the meetings but most of all I do miss the activity on the board. I tend to think that this decline began before the pandemic.

There seems to be a renewed effort to invigorate the activity so hopefully that momentum continues.

Steely. You should check out the innovative marine tanks. My 25 has kept me pretty entertained for a year now.

Matt- no big tanks right now. Lol. The kid keeps me busy enough.

I miss $5 red planet frags, euphilia for $3-5 a head and so on. I'm not sure what caused some home refers to have similar prices to our lfs

I do miss the cheap frags.

I've looked into the IM tanks before. I would consider a small one for a desk. The only thing I don't like about the IM tanks is the black silicone on the smaller tanks.
