Best place to buy a tank

Went to Atlantis today to price a new 120 with custom over flow. Where is the best/ cheapest place to buy a new tank?

I cant say where the best local place is, and I have no PERSONAL experience with glasscages, but I have heard many terrible experiences with them.

best option is to buy used. why do you want a new tank? i had my lfs order my new tank, 80 gal rr frag tank. cost 300. this was my only option as these never come up for sale used, but i see 120's for sale all the time.

Is Atlantis and the work reasonable/ good? 712 for 120 with custom overflow 2 bulkheads and 2 returns.

never did business with atlantis, so i don't know. i would say call around if you have to go new. i know its not local to you, but reef dynamics in hampton had the best price for my tank. never hurts to get on the phone.

What did they want for the tank naked?

You could do the drilling and find the overflow or have one made. Im sure that if not on this forum than another would have acrylic fabricators that would be willing to help out.Same steps Atlantis would take but I'm sure you'd save a ton.

How custom of an overflow are you in need of?

Are you committed to a 120? If not, I still have an "almost new" 265 (already drilled) that we are selling

I just bought one used for $140. I couldnt stomach paying $600+ after drilling and all..
