We bought a lot and are going to builld a house. Planning on selling the tank so if anyone is interested in all the livestock/rock etc, let me know. I am also open to selling the tank/stand too. Cabinetry might be tricky unless the house has tall ceilings. All of it must go eventually but I would like to get rid of the whole thing asap.

That's awesome. Hope you find a buyer for the whole lot might be worth listing it over on reef2reef I've seen people drive states for tanks

I will sell the whole lot for $3000 if someone wants to come get everything. I probably have $12-15k in this setup.

Yes, I kept the tank. Lost power for 4 days recently and couldn't get the generator going. Finally fixed it right before the power came back on but had already lost quite a bit. Used it as an excuse to change up the scape a bit and love it even more now. Picked up some new stuff and changed out the bulb combo.
