Would this work over an 180 thats 72" long with 2 center braces each about 3" wide 22" from either end? Or would it create to much of a shadow? What would you suggest instead or in addition to?

Is there proof that the Full Spectrum is "better" for our reefs? If so, I would also like to find out how to convert my IT to full spectrum as well.

I don't know if I would say better for a reef the the color it puts out is amazing.. On any coral.

The red and uv leds really do bring out some of the colors on the fish and coral not seen by just roysl blue and cool white led fixtures
